Train professionals in sustainable energy management

 

The energy policy of the European Union (EU) establis-hes these targets for 2020:

 

  • To reduce greenhouse emissions by 20%
  • Renewable energy should represent 20% of the EU energy sources
  • To decrease by 20% the use of primary energy in the EU
  • To create a plan for pricing carbon emissions througha emission shares trading scheme
  • To have a competitive internal market for energy
  • To develop an international energy policy

  

Therefore, any company or public administration, needs people with skills and knowledge in these subjects and more specifically in energy efficiency, renewable energy, demand management, research, development and innovation, business, profitability analysis, recruitment , finan-ce, industry regulation, etc...

In this context arises the Sustainable Energy Management Specialization Diploma, with the objetive of training professionals in sustainability energy management.
